Getting Started
How do I upload my bank transactions? Go to Settings → Upload CSV and select your bank's transaction export file. CshFlow supports most Canadian bank CSV formats.
Why don't I see my income in projections? Visit the Income page to configure your income sources. CshFlow needs to know your pay schedule to calculate accurate spending room.
How do I connect my bank account? Go to Accounts → Add Account → Connect Bank. We use Plaid for secure bank connections.
Understanding Your Data
What does "Projectable" mean? Projectable vendors and categories are included in your cash flow forecast. These are recurring, predictable expenses like rent, subscriptions, and bills.
Why is my spending room different than expected? CshFlow uses conservative rounding for safety - income is rounded down, expenses are rounded up. This ensures you're never caught short.
What are auth holds? Authorization holds are temporary charges (like gas station pre-authorizations) that will be replaced by the final amount. CshFlow pairs these automatically.

How do I upgrade to Pro? Go to Settings → Billing to view subscription options.
How do I cancel my subscription? Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription to cancel anytime.
