Welcome to CshFlow

CshFlow is a personal finance tool that helps you understand your cash flow and make smarter spending decisions. These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

By using CshFlow, you agree to these terms. If something doesn't make sense, please reach out to us at support@cshflow.co.

What CshFlow Does

CshFlow helps you:

• See all your accounts in one place
• Understand your spending patterns
• Know how much you can safely spend
• Plan for upcoming bills and expenses

Important: CshFlow is a tool to help you understand your finances. We don't provide financial advice, and we're not financial advisors. The information we show is based on data you provide and should be used as a guide, not as professional financial advice.

Your Account

To use CshFlow, you need to create an account. Here's what we need from you:

• Accurate information: Please use real information when signing up
• Keep it secure: Don't share your login with others
• One account per person: Each person should have their own account
• You must be 18+: CshFlow is for adults only

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. When you do, we'll delete your data.

Free and Paid Plans

Free Plan

Our free plan lets you connect up to 2 accounts and track up to 500 transactions per month. It's free forever, no credit card required.

Pro Plan ($5/month or $48/year)

Pro gives you unlimited accounts, unlimited transactions, and access to all features including insights, debt planning, and scenario planning.

Payments and Cancellation

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel
• You can cancel anytime from Settings — you'll keep Pro access until your billing period ends
• We don't offer refunds for partial months, but if something's wrong, talk to us
• Prices may change, but we'll always give you notice first

Connecting Your Bank

CshFlow uses Plaid to securely connect to your bank accounts. When you connect an account:

• We can see your transactions and balances
• We cannot move money or make transactions
• We never see or store your bank login credentials
• You can disconnect accounts anytime

What You Can't Do

Please don't:

• Use CshFlow for anything illegal
• Try to access other people's accounts
• Attempt to hack, break, or reverse-engineer CshFlow
• Use bots or automated tools to access CshFlow
• Resell or redistribute CshFlow

Our Responsibilities

We work hard to keep CshFlow running smoothly, but we need to be honest about some limitations:

• Accuracy: We display data from your banks, but sometimes there are delays or errors outside our control
• Availability: We aim for 99.9% uptime, but occasionally need maintenance
• Financial decisions: Any decisions you make based on CshFlow are your responsibility

CshFlow is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be perfect or error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending Our Relationship

You can leave anytime: Cancel your subscription and delete your account whenever you want. No hard feelings.

We might end things too: If you violate these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account. We'll try to warn you first unless it's serious.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know by email or in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Legal Stuff

• These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada
• Any disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts
• If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies
